JUNE ALICE MORRISON

JUNE ALICE MORRISON (nee LINDSAY) April 5, 1933 - December 29, 2014 June passed away peacefully at Markham-Stouffville Hospital in her 82nd year surrounded by loving family members. Enriched beyond measure by her being in their lives, she leaves loving husband Ian, her devoted children Julia (Leonard), Christopher (Nancy) and David (Colleen), dearly loved brother Stephen (Bonnie) and treasured neices Lisa (Mike) and Michelle. June proudly loved and will be missed by her grandchildren Ali (Matt), Will (Katrina), Jim (Anna), Mallory (Ryan), Leanne, Ian (Nikki), Evan, Graeme (Ally), Caelin and Meaghan. Latterly, June was joyously aware of her great-grandchildren Caeden, Mayla and Olive. June was predeceased by her parents Alice and William Lindsay of Agincourt. The family is very grateful to the CCAC and the dedicated caregiver and medical support units in their jurisdiction, to CHATS for their caregiver relief, to Evergreen Hospice for a supportive in-home presence, to the Markham- Stouffville Palliative visiting Care Team and to the staff at MSH Palliative Care Unit for their great assistance to June and the family. Much gratitude to Dr. Alison Vandenberg MD and Dr. Mark Guttman MD, FRCPC, for their special care. In accord with June's wishes, immediate cremation will occur. A Celebration of June's Life will be announced at a later date.
