Your mom was my hero...She was there and opened her heart and home to my family without even knowing us. She gave my father (Bill, her cousin) the long awaited gift of knowing his family. Most important was a treasured photo my dad waited 65 years to see, one of his mother and father (Kaye's uncle), one he had never seen.

Kaye was our secret treasure and truly a gift. We appreciate the family information Kaye shared and the opportunity my dad had to meet and spend time with Kaye. She will be missed.

Dear John, Vicki, Kristen, Allie, Laurel and family, we were so sorry to hear about Kaye. She was always tops in my books ever since she gave me a candy every time I delivered a note to her from my mom on Willowhurst! She will be dearly missed!
Mom and Dad send their love too.

Dear Laurel, John and Families,
So sorry to read about your Mom's passing. I remember all the great summer's at Balsam Lake, running back and forth between your cottage and my Aunt Clara's cottage. The endless supply of pop in the basement fridge and your Mom and Dad putting up with us running in and out of the cottage. Your Mom and Dad were so great and treated me like one of the family.
My thoughts are with all of you at this time.
