KENT, Kathleen Walsh (nee Harmon) - 1936 - 2012 With profound sadness, we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and sister Kathleen on Sunday, January 22, 2012 after a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Kay was the beloved wife of the late Robert Kent, proud mother of Kathleen (Bruce Langstaff) and doting grandmother of Kate, Claire and James. Also mourning their sister are brothers Kenneth (Mary) and Frank (Claire) Harmon and sisters Eleanor (William) Boag, Sheila (John) Hehir and Angela (William, predeceased) Mitchell. Kay will also be sadly missed by all of her friends at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church. Friends may call at Andrews Community Funeral Centre, 8190 Dixie Rd., Brampton (north of Steeles Ave.), 905-456-8190, on Friday, January 27, 2012 between 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 940 North Park Dr., Brampton at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 28th. In lieu of flowers, donations to Lupus Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society would be welcomed. Please visit andrewscommunityfuneralcentre.com to forward tributes to the family.
