Whenever I got the chance to work with Captain Keith Morrison there was one extremely noticeable thing about him that overshadowed all other "things" that were going on within the room or area. I ALWAYS noticed that the guys would gravitate towards him...like a MAGNET. It was easy to, quite simply because, he was a very fun, humorous, approachable guy.
Now, with that said, he could change to a conversation that required his solid input and sound reasoning. I found him easy to listen to and you would learn something new.
But, first and foremost, it was so obvious that the crews would love interacting with him. And wherever there was Keith...there was laughter. Enough of it that you'd gravitate over to them yourself wondering, 'Ok - what the H E Double Hockey Sticks is going on over here !!!!' I would have liked to have been on his crew.
Rest in peace Captain Keith Morrison. Thanks for the memories. We'll all laugh together again...one day.

Captain Morrison taught me everything I know...even how to pull a good prank. The Fire Department was never the same after Keith retired.
May peace and comfort be with the Morrison family during this difficult time.

My Uncle Keith was a fantastic Uncle... I remember so many happy times spent on 'the farm in Killaloe' As kids, we loved him deeply... he was lots of fun made us laugh uncontrollably many times and always had time for all us kids.
I truly miss those days and my 'Uncle Keith' ...

Keith was my first Captain when I came from the Scottish Fire service to join his crew at Station 1. He was in charge of one of the funniest but most professional crews I have ever worked with. He knew his guys had his back and that of his crew. It was the love and respect we had for him that made us all bond strong.
Rest in peace Keith.

I knew Keith from the first day of my career with Vfrs. He was always a character from his practical jokes to his intense humour. He was a great person to work alongside and was always open to other ideas of how to get any problem solved whether it be a fire, rescue, a hit and miss engine, his model T ignition and magneto or a mechanical problem with the trucks at the fire station in the middle of the night. He always made you feel at home when you worked at his station or visited station 1. The stories about Keith are many, most predate my career when he was a firefighter at the old Woodbridge Fire Hall... hilarious antics for sure!
Keith was a showman and was extremely proud of his model T, having participated in many Uxbridge Christmas parades with it, always showing us pictures.
Rest peacefully

Keith was my Captain in the early 80's at Stn.71 Thornhill. He enjoyed playing practical jokes, but was also the recipient of a few as well. I will always remember Keith. RIP Captain.

I knew Keith even before I got on the VFRS. We had a lot of laughs.
