KEN STEVENS Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on December 2, 2016 at the age of 86. Devoted husband of Margaret (Sykes) for 64 wonderful years. Proud father of Peggy (David Kempton), Allie, Gail, Jim (Cynthia Smit), Rachel (Tim Greer) and Becky (Rick Woo). Cherished grandpa of 9 and adoring great-grandpa of 3. Ken had a rewarding career of 40 years with Abitibi. In retirement, Marg and Ken continued to share a commitment to the community and also enjoyed many adventures abroad. Ken will be remembered for living a life guided by his values. Visitations at Ward Funeral Home, 4671 Hwy. 7, Woodbridge, 905-851-9100, on Wednesday from 7-9 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Ken's life will be held at Woodbridge United Church, 8090 Kipling Ave., Woodbridge, on Friday, December 9th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice or the Mission and Service Fund of Woodbridge United Church would be greatly appreciated by the family.
