ROY, Kyle Edward Unexpectedly, on Sunday, March 26, 2023. Kyle, in his 33rd year. Beloved son of Bill and Ruth Roy of Whitby. Loving partner to Eva Potashnyk of Toronto. Dear brother of Angela (Whitney) Miller, Matthew Roy, Ian (Carley) Roy, and the late Patrick Roy. Adored friend and uncle to Harley and Zach, who will forever miss his big bear hugs. Kyle will be missed by Comet, his beloved cat shared with Eva, who laid by his side until his very last day. A private service was held at McIntosh-Anderson-Kellam Funeral Home Ltd., 152 King St. E., Oshawa (905-433- 5558). Donations, in memory of Kyle, to Red Door Family Shelter or the Heart & Stroke Foundation, would be appreciated. Online condolences may be shared at makfuneralhome.com. I was so saddened to read the news of Kyle´s passing. He was just a little boy the last time I saw him at Read a Long Day Care in Whitby. But I knew his sister Angela ..a former student of mine and his father ...my family doctor for 30 years. I am thinking of his family and praying they hold on to his memories in their hearts .
