I was very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with David almost ten years ago. He was thoughtful, respectful, gracious and overwhelmingly and consistently generous of spirit. David was always willing to share an insight or an idea and always in the most appropriate manner. I regret that I had fallen out of touch with him and did not know he was sick. My deepest condolances to his family.

Dear Anne. I just learned of David's passing, and was shocked. I am sorry, but I was not aware that he was ill. I last saw him on the street last summer, and at the RCYC, and he was his usual extraordinarily gracious self. I am so terribly sorry for your loss. David, was an extraordinary friend to my father, and helped me at a difficult time in my life. I cannot say enough about him. My family and I will miss him.

Dear Anne,

I was very sorry to read of David's passing.

Although I only worked for him for eight months, the time I spent with him is among the fondest working memories I have; he was a lovely man; funny, kind, smart, and a plesaure to work with.

Blessings to you and your family in this time. He is fondly remembered.
