KOZAK, Len - On January 10, 2009, in his 81st year. Beloved father to Chris (Darlene) and Marie (Joe Iantorno). Grandfather to Kayn, Isabella, Julia and Siena. Dear ex-husband of Madge. Brother to Ed (2001) and Dene Donati. Proprietor of Kozak's Music (1972-1983) and friend to the Toronto musician. A much admired Toronto realtor (1984-1996) who dealt fairly and honestly. A stand-up guy, he was a warm and generous friend to all who knew him. His life will be celebrated in a Mass on Wednesday, January 14th, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Bonaventure Church, 1300 Leslie St.

My grandfather was the best person I ever met and was love by many one of a kind and the best father and grandfather and anyone could as for I miss never forget him and will miss him dearly RIP papa Len
