To our Dad and Nonno,

Sometimes people enter our lives only for a short while, but during their stay, they make such an impact. Dad, you were one of those people. Your stay with us was not long enough. We still look at our front door and expect to see you walk through it with your computer and camera in hand; ready to share a dinner, a story, a laugh. You always had such a zest for life and a passion that was truly contagious. You would light up a room. You will always be a part of our past memories, a part of our thoughts of today and a part that we will hold dear to our hearts in the future.

With all our love, Chris, Erica, Tiffany, Lesley

Leonard,
We talk about you all the time and remember all the laughs and happy occasions we shared as parents and grandparents when spending time with our kids and two beautiful granddaughters. Last weekend we were all up at Chris and Erica's chalet together watching the girls final race of the ski season. You were there with us, in spirit, in our conversations and in our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always, until we meet again. Casey and Ana Zizek

Dad and Nonno, I still can't believe your gone, it doesn't feel like reality yet. There is not a minute that goes by when I don't think of you. I miss everything about you, your smile, your laugh, your love, and most importantly your interaction with Jacob and Jeremy.
The boys miss you dearly, but I take comfort knowing you are looking down watching over them and making sure they are safe. I know the memories you left them will live in their hearts and shape their lives forever.
Your strength and love for life are values I will strive to live by. To live for today and cherish every moment I have with my family. Your life is truly an inspiration.
I pray you are at peace, free of pain and suffering and reunited with loved ones in heaven. I hope it's as beautiful as we believe.
Even though you are gone, your memories will forever be remembered in our hearts, thoughts, and prayers.

I Love you Dad and Nonno

Love Carlo, Sandra, Jacob and Jeremy

Dear Nancy and Family,
*Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. ~Eskimo Proverb
May your grief be replaced by happy memories. Hoping you will have a fantastic view of the stars especially at your home away from home.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dearest Leonard/Uncle Lenny

There are no words to express our sadness. You were and always will be an important part of our lives. You have showed us the true meaning of courage and strength through your fight. When we are together with the family, we will always feel your presence and take the time to remember you.

You should be proud of Chris and Carlo and their families because they are a reflection of you and Nancy.

Your loss will have such an impact on our lives because we feel that we have not only lost a brother-in-law and uncle, but a brother, a second father and best friend. Watching you the last 4 years struggling with cancer and your determination to survive showed us your courage and strength. We hope to find that in all of us.

Now that your time to rest has come, we feel such a great loss. We will miss you so much and we will miss your laughter, your jokes and just you. We want to thank you for all the wonderful memories you have given us and for your love. We will always treasure them. Please know that we will take care of Nancy and we will use the courage that you showed us to help her get through her battle.

We hope now that you are with God, you are no longer in pain and that you are at peace. We will always love you and hold you deep in our hearts.

Love Always
Anthony, Kathy, Stephen and Natalie

I remember last summer when we visited the Belwood trailer. We were so happy to have spent time with Len and Nancy there. They were so proud of their new deck!! Eventhough it was a little chilly that day, Len insisted that we eat outside and enjoy it. It was wonderful! Nancy: He was so funny when he snuck a glass of wine eventhough he was taking medication! I remember his face when he enjoyed it thoroughly. Len you will be truly missed.

My Dearest Leonard
From the first day I met you Leonard I knew I was in love with you.
We have known each other for 46 beautiful years, 42 of which we were married. We raised two wonderful boys, Christopher (married to Erica) and Carlo (married to Sandra). They have blessed us with four beautiful grandchildren, Tiffany, Lesley, Jacob and Jeremy.
Life has been good to us and I am so grateful that I have had you in my life and for the love we shared together.
Please know that every minute of every day I will be thinking of you and loving you more and more.
I cherish every day we had together and will think each day of all the happy times we have had together.
You will be greatly missed by all the family but you are here in spirit watching over us.
Rest in peace my love with God and until we meet again I remain yours forever.

Nancy, Chris, Carlo and family. What we are feeling is hard to put into words, knowing that we have lost such a caring and loving family friend. Len was a ray of sunshine, always brightening up the room with his vibrant presence. With Len in the room there was never a dull moment, may it be for his jokes, or his contagious laugh. Len was always able to bring laughter and joy to our lives in any situation, he always saw the brighter side to things. We are so grateful and blessed to have had Len part of our lives. We will cherish every moment that we shared together. Len who was like a second father to us will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts. Love always, Anil, Natasha, Gabriella, & Marcus Talib xoxoxo

Len was like a second father to me, and I will miss him greatly. There is now a void in me that will never fully be filled again, but I seriously doubt that there is anyone else who would be able to fill his shoes. Len was one of the truly sincerly nice people out there, and his passing will be felt by many. I hope that the Cirillo's will heal as best they can, and know that Len will always be with us, just not in the physical way. He will always hold a special place in my heart and I feel honoured to have known him and to have played a part in his (and his family's) lives. Sincerly Marsha Singh xoxox

I am so proud of my big brother.
In the last while, for some time, in all his pain and physical burdens, he remained cheerful and positive, with an incredible spirit steadfast and strong.
I am in awe of the heroic love and devotion he received from his entire family, but in particular his dear and loving wife of 42 years, Nancy, who , with all her own serious health issues, never called out in need for herself and instead never left her husband's side.
Lenny was my best friend and the role model of how to live .
His marriage to Nancy was a role model of how to love !
How he made us laugh (again and again)
We will all miss him more than words will ever describe,
But we take comfort in our faith in the belief he is in a good place and all his wonderful qualities are personified in his two incredible sons Christopher and Carlo, and through them , to his four beautiful grandchildren.

Leonard, my oldest big brother. I feel like a light has gone out and I can't imagine what life is going to be like without your presence in it. I will miss you so much, your smile, your laughter, your thoughtfulness, your thirst for knowledge, your zest for life, your love for family and friends, your dependability and so much more. You were always there when I needed you. I find comfort though in knowing that every time I will be with Christopher and Carlo, I will see you as each of them has a part of you instilled in them. You were a wonderful father raising with Nancy two beautiful sons that I know you were so proud of. Through you and Nancy I learned how to be a good parent. I also take comfort in believing that you are now in heaven with all our loved ones that had gone before you and are sitting at a table with Dad and Mom eating a delicious roast beef dinner, drinking a glass of full bodied red wine, and ending with Auntie Rae's famous apple pie. Those were the days. Mostly I take comfort though in knowing that you are now at peace, looking down at us all as our new guardian angel. I know that we will meet again one day, but til then I will hold onto all the beautiful memories you gave me and keep you forever in my heart. Heaven has a new star shining bright. Love your sister

It is not how long someone has lived but the way the person lived his life that measures the greatness of a man. Len did not stay with us for long but lived a significant life the way a Christian should. I was blessed to have met him and lovely Nancy. My fondest thoughts and prayers to Len's family.
