Eleanor and family. My deepest condolences and sympathies on your loss. Len was a friend, a mentor, and all around great person to talk too and be with. He had a distinct presence about him. I will sadly miss that man.

Chippy, our sincere condolences to you and the family. We will forever remember Leonard as our favourite "Big Guy" at Toronto Helicopters and the CNE Airshow. He truly set the bar as a business man and mentor.

Our deepest sympathy to the Routledge family during this difficult time!
When I first met Leonard he struck me as a business man (all business) but when I got the prividge to know him I discovered that he was more faithful as a family man. He loved his family very much, this was evident! Our hearts and prayers go out for you.
