McKENNY, Linus Henry Peacefully at Trillium Health Partners on Tuesday, October 4 2022. Beloved husband to Joan McKenny. Loving father to Catherine, Julia (Kevin Piercey), Patricia, Brian and father in law of Rose. He will be sadly missed by his grandchildren Paige, Siobhan, Jesse and his adopted daughter Amanda. Linus was predeceased by his 8 brothers and sisters in Northern Ireland. Our family would like to thank all the medical staff from 1J Orthopaedic ward at Trillium Health Partners, Mississauga site, Dr. Ted Marras from Toronto Western Asthma & Airway Centre and Dr. L. Mavrogiannis from Dorothy Ley Hospice for all the care they took with Linus. Friends will be received at the Ridley Funeral Home, 3080 Lake Shore Blvd. W. (at 14th St., between Islington and Kipling Aves., 416-259-3705), on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Funeral Mass on Friday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Followed by burial at Glendale Memorial Gardens.
