LOUIS LEVTOV Obituary

LOUIS LEVTOV June 1, 1929 - January 5, 2017 Louis peacefully reunited with his beloved Audrey. He will be sadly missed by his sons David and Jonathan, his daughters Laura and Carol and his grandchildren, Miles, Dylan, Jennifer, Tara and Carly, but always remembered with love, smiles and gratitude for the many moments and life lessons he shared. In retirement Louis and Audrey lived life to the fullest after moving to Port Hope and later to Cobourg, being active in the community promoting and supporting the arts, organizing numerous golf and snooker tournaments and entertaining their many friends and large extended family. Louis was a man of logic and reason and delighted in problem solving. He shared his love of music with everyone he knew (and many he didn't). He had a true penchant for fast cars but only one fast woman. His love of golf was only exceeded by his lack of talent, but he shot a mean game of snooker. A man of intellect and integrity, he was a true and loyal friend. Our family would like to express our deepest gratitude and admiration for the dedicated nurses, doctors and support staff of the 8th Floor North of Bridgepoint Hospital for the amazing consideration, compassion and care Louis received. There will be no service but a Celebration of Life will be held in the spring. In lieu flowers, a discretionary donation to Bridgepoint Health System, would be warmly appreciated. www.rossfuneralchapel.com
