Manfred PFEIFFER Obituary

PFEIFFER, Manfred Wilhelm - Peacefully at the Ajax Hospital on Sunday, June 15, 2014 at the age of 85 after a 2-year struggle with Parkinson's. He was born in Frankfurt, Germany, as the only child of Wilhelm and Margot and immigrated to Canada in 1952. He worked for many years as a civil engineer at Marshall Macklin Monaghan and owned a window and door factory. Through his very active life he loved music, photography, golf, tennis and skiing. Manfred will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Kathy Willerding, children Michelle, Morrice and Martina (son-in-law Ray) and grandchildren Maya, Max and Olivia and his extended family Beate (Rolf), Andrew (Patricia), Michael, Katrina and David. A Celebration of his Life will be held at 1890 Valley Farm Road Rec Centre, Pickering, at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 28th. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your preferred charity in Manfred's name.
