Maria SOUSA Obituary
de SOUSA, Maria do Carmo - 1928 - 2010 It is with great sadness our family announces the passing of our loving mother on November 18, 2010 in Mississauga. Reunited with her beloved daughter Lucy Fernandes, son-in-law Tony Furtado and brother Manuel Calhau in the heavens. Mom will be missed by her children Ana Maria Furtado (Joe Williams), John Sousa (Darlene), Joe Sousa (Eleanor), Tony Sousa (Wanda) and Mary Realejo (Carlos). Grandma will be missed by her 12 loving grandchildren and 5 great- grandchildren. Maria will also be fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Scott Funeral Home (420 Dundas Street East, Mississauga, 1 block west of Cawthra) on Sunday from 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held in Merciful Redeemer Roman Catholic Church (2775 Erin Centre Blvd., Mississauga) on November 22, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens, Oakville, Ontario.
