Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at the Dearness Home, London, on Friday, March 22, 2019, Marianna Chmiel in her 102nd year. Beloved wife of the late Franciszek Chmiel (1981). Dear mother of Kazimiera Chmiel (Jozef) and Alicja Pollmann (Fritz). Loving grandmother of Jolanta Rzepka (Kazik), Wieslaw Chmiel (Stasia), Mirek Chmiel, Tom Chmiel (Gaby), Mary Ann Mudryj (Mike), Steven Pollmann (Leah), great-grandmother of Andy Chmiel (Maral), Joanna Chmiel, Gavin Chmiel, Austin Chmiel, Oliva Mudryj, Katherine Mudryj, Annabel Pollmann and great-great-grandmother of Odin Chmiel. Dearest aunt of Alicja Sierkowski-Trusz (Roman Adolf), Emilia Lach (Bolek) and their families. Predeceased by her parents Rozalia & Wojciech Kolcon, her brothers Michal and Wiktor Kolcon, sister-in-law Maria Kolcon and her son-in-law Jozef Chmiel. A deep depth of gratitude goes to the Dearness Home staff, especially to those who worked on the Birch Walk, fifth floor, for their compassion and excellent care of Marianna (Babcia). Visitors will be received in the O'Neil Funeral Home, 350 William Street, London on Monday, March 25, 2019 from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 419 Hill St. on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m., followed by interment in St. Peter's Cemetery, London.
