Marilyn MANSON Obituary

MANSON, Marilyn Estelle (Lynne) - Peacefully at Brampton Civic Hospital on September 22, 2014 in her 86th year. Lynne, the beloved wife of the late Edward, dear mother of Robert (Liz) and Douglas (Colleen), proud Granny of Sarah (Ben) and Jessica (Sean) and Great-Granny (GG) of Grace, Adam and Gwen. Lynne was a longtime resident of Brampton and enjoyed many summers, including this last one, at her cottage on the beautiful shore of Colpoys Bay. Lynne will be remembered as a supportive mother, grandmother and great- grandmother, loyal friend, generous neighbour and fierce competitor. She was an intrepid hiker, birder, camper, puzzler and bridge partner. Lynne enjoyed entertaining family and friends at both her home and the cottage, where everyone was always welcome. In lieu of flowers, which Lynne so enjoyed during her lifetime, to honour her memory please consider making a donation to a charity that is important to you or by being unconditionally kind as Lynne was. Please join family and friends with a celebration of Lynne's life on Sunday, September 28th at 2:00 p.m. at the Rotary Glen, 1857 Queen Street West, Brampton. A reception will follow. A private interment will be held at the Edgehill Cemetery in the Village of Colpoys Bay at a later date. Cremation has taken place.

A twinke in her eye and a smile on her face. A lovely lady.
Very sorry for your loss.
