LIO, Mario Antonio God called Mario peacefully on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at the age of 84. He will be forever missed by his loving wife, Pierina and cherished by his dear children, Attilio (Nives), Roberto (Sonia) and Nadia (Fabio Presutto). Proud Nonno to Pierina, Cristina, Victoria, Mario, Alexander and Stefania. He will always be remembered by his brother Fiorino (Lucia) and sister-in-law Gilda. Mario is now reunited in Heaven with his loving parents, Attilio and Annina and his brother Aldo. He will be held dear in the hearts of his family, relatives and many friends. Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Saturday, December 2, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. and on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paschal Baylon Roman Catholic Church (92 Steeles Ave., west of Yonge St.). Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery (on Yonge St., south of Hwy 7). If so desired, donations in memory of Mario may be made to the Calabrian Benevolent Association of Ontario.
