Marion was one of the nurses I interviewed for my Master's in Nursing thesis. I chose her because I wasn't sure she exemplified what I was looking for based on the theory I was using, but she did in a special way. She had the ability to know ahead of the surgoen events that would need additional equipment. She would get the equipment and had it in the OR room ready. But she always was concerned for the patient - beside them as they underwent anesthesia and there if they came out of anaesthsia in the OR at thethe surgery.
