MARJORIE ELEANOR CORKER Passed away suddenly on Friday, July 15, 2016 at her residence in Baden, Ontario. Marjorie was born 90 years ago in Toronto, Ontario and was the daughter of the late Henry and Myrtle (Hopkins) Drake. Marjorie graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Sciences). Beloved wife of Donald Corker whom she married on June 30, 1956. Cherished mother to Anne DeLude (Stephen) of Calgary, Alberta, Mardi Corker (Gary Thompson) of Manitoulin, Ontario, Nancy Corker of Calgary, Alberta and Philip Corker (Yolanda Drapiewski) of Mississauga. Marjorie will be dearly missed by her grandchildren Jennifer Lachapelle (Christopher), Kimberley Jagielko (Les), Karl Clark, Colin Todd, Eric Todd (Alison), Claire Todd (Jamie), Austin Drake Corker and Addison Corker. She will also be dearly missed by her great-grandchildren Brady Clark, Sydney Lachapelle, Dean Lachapelle, Klara Todd, Kyra Jagielko, Madisyn Todd and Layla Jagielko. Marjorie was an avid reader and had a special interest in the Royal Family. She also enjoyed knitting. Friends and relatives are invited to a time of visitation at the Mark Jutzi Funeral Home, 291 Huron Street, New Hamburg, on Friday, July 22, 2016 from 12 - 1 p.m. where the funeral will follow in the chapel of the funeral home at 1 p.m., followed by a reception in the lower level of the funeral home. A private family interment to take place in Riverside Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
