My first friend after moving to Ottawa in Grade 2, I will never forget the many special times and phone calls we shared. The sleepovers, the green cookie jar and over 32 years of friendship. I will miss you deeply and I think of you everyday. You will always live on in those precious girls. May peace be with you Marla.

I am so sorry for your loss. Marla and I were friends while both working at Baycrest. We shared many laughs and tears and miracles together. To Earl and your beautiful girls, her memory will live on forever through them.

Allan, Elizabeth and family, it is with great sadness that we have learned of Marla's passing. We often think of your family when you lived nearby and the kids were growing up. You are in our thoughts and prayers as we too have suffered the loss of our dear Cathy.
