Matthew BROWN Obituary

BROWN, Matthew Suddenly passed away in his home on December 4, 2017 in his 33rd year. Matthew is the beloved son of Jack and Bunny Brown of Toronto. Loving brother of Julie D'Arcy her partner Dave Cerasani and Sandra Ferlito and her husband Pat. Uncle to Sarah, Tyler and Joseph. Matthew leaves behind his daughter Maddix Rose Woolston-Brown. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him. The family will receive friends at Turner and Porter, Butler Chapel (in between Islington and Kipling Aves.), on Sunday from 6 - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 3 p.m. with a visitation from 2 - 3 p.m. prior to the service. I had the privilege of coaching Matthew in baseball (at Eringate) and hockey (with West Mall Lightning), both at the Select level, for a number of years starting when he was about 10 years old. He was a good kid, very talented and well-liked by his team-mates. I am sorry to hear of Matthew's passing and hope he will receive God's blessing in heaven. Prayers go out to Matthew and his family.
