Matthew Panzer was a friend of mine since we were five years old. We went to school together. Matthew Panzer was a kind and gentle soul. He reached so many people physically, spiritually and emotionally! I trusted his opinion and as children we had many, many discussions. I can remember going to the museum with him and he loved the dinosaurs. Matthew was so smart and likeable. I really always felt safe and at peace with him at all times. Matthew is forever in my thoughts. Much respect and our condolences. Elaine Zolt and Tova Berle.

I will miss having great debates with Matt. Matt would often stop by my office to ask what I thought about this or that, or present a conundrum to discuss. He never acted like he had the only answer, and seemed to take joy in the process of the discussion, whatever turn it took. He was kind, and his humour was infectious. Thank you for the time I was allowed to share with you, Matt.

Dear Kathy and Danny.
I can hardly express how sad I am to hear this tragic news. Matt was a very special and close friend to my son Curtis. He spent many hours in our home as a young man and always brought such much laughter and joy with him. You were blessed with a wonderful son. He will be deeply missed by all who had the honour to know him. Our deepest sympathy to you and his family.
