To Mavis' Family we extend our deepest sympathy - as the Minister appropriately stated, Mavis was a gift to us all. Her grandchildren spoke so well and the love and affection they feel for Mavis is what all her knew her felt.

My parents, Carl and Betty Banks were friends of Mavis and Harold from the 1950's when we moved from Goderich to 54 Haileybury Drive. I grew up with the "Church Gang" because they often visited our home for various social occasions, Grey Cup games, pool parties and New Year's Eve parties. After my parents passed away, I kept in touch with Mavis and was honoured to have been invited to her 90th birthday party on September 1, 2019 where I was able to reconnect with some of the remaining members of the St. Peter's group. They were all wonderful people and had a positive influence on my life.
The photos below are from the 1960's and 1970's.
