In heartfelt memory of Mrs. Melitta Clara Margaret Mérey, née Mács, B.A., mother, teacher, linguist, author, musician, who passed away peacefully, at Lakeland Long Term Care, Parry Sound, on Monday, February 6, 2017, in her 99th year. Beloved spouse of the late Dr. Béla Mérey. Dear mother of Tom (Simone), Judy (Erwin), Peter (Pamela), Andy (Cindy), Catherine, Nicole (Brian) and the late Zsuzsanna. Dear grandmother of Mariette (Robert), Christine, Carolyn (Matt), Robert (Shawna), Bianca (Marcello), Sabina (Ken), Céleste (Theodoros), Marguerite (Paul), Julian (Margaret), Aaron (Alex), Emily, Jason (Lisa), Justin (Erin) and Lindsay. Great-grandmother of Gabrielle, Alexandre, Joshua, Victoria and Brielle. A Holy Mass of Memory to be celebrated at York Funeral Centre (160 Beecroft Road, Toronto), on Monday, February 20, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow York Cemetery, Toronto.
