APPLETON, MICHAEL HARVEY 1940 - 2022 We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Michael Harvey Appleton, Q.C. ("Mickey"). Son of the late Benjamin and Jean, Michael was the beloved father of Risa, Dina (John) and Brent and the delightful "Papa Michael" to his grandchildren, Connor, Lexie and Jake. Husband of the late Patricia Lynn ("Pat") Appleton, and of Marilyn. Cherished brother of the late Dr. Sherwood Appleton. Upon graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1964, Michael practiced law at Fogler Rubinoff for 56 years, 33 of them as Managing Partner. Michael will be remembered as being a funny, kind and wise person and will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew him. A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, July 13th, at 12 p.m. at Beth Tzedec Memorial Park. Please visit benjamins.ca for more details.
