CHALUPA, Michael Born December 19, 1941. Passed away peacefully at home on November 16, 2017. Beloved husband of Donna and loving father to Patricia, Larysa and Andrew Osmak. Proud grandfather of Stephan, Katya and Madelyn. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church. Family and friends will be received at the SCOTT FUNERAL HOME "MISSISSAUGA CHAPEL" (420 Dundas Street, East Mississauga) on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Panachyda at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Ukrainian Catholic Church.
