MICHAEL JOSEPH SUGRUE

MICHAEL JOSEPH SUGRUE June 10, 1927 - July 21, 2016 Peacefully at the age of 89. Mike leaves behind his loving and devoted wife Louise (nee Beaupre) and niece Belinda Sugrue (Pierre). He will be fondly remembered by Louise's daughter Angie Flynn and grandchildren Bryan (Crystal), Tiffany (Rob), Kevin (Tori) and great-grandchild Tysen. Mike lived fully, with a love of dancing and his sense of humour which stayed with him to his final moments. Friends will be received at the Glendale Funeral Home, 1810 Albion Rd., Etobicoke (416-679-1803), on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 from 9:30 - 11 a.m. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. in the chapel. Interment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to express its sincere gratitude to the staff and volunteers at the Toronto Grace Health Centre for the extraordinary care and compassion they showed him during his stay. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Toronto Grace Health Care Centre.
