Milutin Michael Kopsa

KOPSA, Milutin Michael - June 11, 1922 - October 22, 2011 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Michael M. Kopsa on October 22, 2011 in White Rock, British Columbia. He is survived and greatly missed and loved by his wife Marina; his son Michael and his daughter Maxine; his step-children Alex and Nicki; his sisters Elisabeth Tanaskovic and Olivera Jurisic, his grandchildren Nora, Oscar, August, Grace and Abi; niece Vida and nephew, George. Michael will be fondly remembered and missed by many friends and their families in Vancouver, Belgrade and Toronto, where he has spent most of his life since arriving in Canada in 1951. He was highly respected as an architect, working until his 85th year and won several awards for his work in Canada. After retiring to British Columbia, Michael devoted his time to painting and sketching. A memorial service will be held on October 31 in White Rock.
