Peacefully passed just before her 94th birthday on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. Predeceased by husband A.F. Mosher. Survived by sons Al and Gavin. Graveside Service will be held at Mount Pleasant Cemetery-Plot M on Saturday, December 10th at 12 noon.

Moira was a very special lady. She was a client and friend of mine for over 10 years and always 'with it' as a senior. She was very independent but caring and adored her grandson Russell. RIP Moira.
