MYKOLAS SLAPÅYS Obituary
MYKOLAS (MIKAS MIKE) SLAPŠYS Died peacefully on Tuesday morning at home with his loving wife Rita by his side. He was a caring brother, loving father, sweet grandfather, and devoted husband. "Mike" was a man who took great pride in his family and his work. When he wasn't designing a lighting system, or creating graphic art for a Lithuanian cultural event, or fixing something in one of the homes of his children he could be found singing Lithuanian songs and sharing ideas around the kitchen table until the wee hours of the morning. He was a man of few words but the words he spoke were always kind. Simply, he was a man who knew how to live life; and for this we will be eternally grateful. Saldžiu sapnu teveli.
