NISHIMURA, Nanako "Nana" Nana, beloved daughter of her late parents Shoichi and Tomi Nishimura. Dear lifetime friend of Jim and Keiko Alsop. Treasured neighbour of John and Sharon McGuire and Christine Henry and Gene. A devoted teacher of the deaf at The Toronto Board of Education. She was an active volunteer member of the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre and The Momiji Centre. Memorial Services will be held at the McDougall & Brown Funeral Home, 2900 Kingston Road, 416-267-4656 on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at 2 p.m. Visitation will commence at 1 p.m. Donations to the Charity of your choice would be appreciated. Such a dedicated teacher of deaf children, and then I discovered some of her other interests, like documentary films and work with the Japanese Foundation. She led a good life, and will be missed. Trudy Rising
