My condolences to all of her loving family and friends. I was a coworker of Nancy's for about 6 months. She was like a mother to us and we appreciated her presence at the office. Since she left things just haven't been the same here. Lots of love from all of us at Languages Abroad

Nancy, one of the most gentle souls I have ever known. Always ready and willing to lend a helping hand or offer words of wisdom. I listened always to what she had to say. Why? Because she was so well grounded, because she really did care about everyone around her, because her wisdom really was worth gold. Rarely do we cross paths with someone so rare and beautiful, and I am forever grateful I was fortunate and blessed enough to have known her. Sun shines on you always Nancy.

Aunt Bea, Susie, Ian, Richard, Wayne, Keryn, and Ryan, words cannot express how saddened I was to hear of Nancy's passing. She was a vibrant lady who had a smile that would light up a room. Treasure the memories of her. I am so happy I got to have a visit with her when Julie was here. My thoughts are also with Julie at this time, as I know how close her and Nancy were.

My prayers go out to you both, Ryan and Keryn. While I never met your mom, I have heard many stories and have seen many pictures and even her picture above is testament of what the face of an angel looks like. Knowing you Ryan and Keryn, the amazing legacy she has left to carry on only shows what an incredible mother she was and that she will always be there watching over you. Maureen (Courtney's Mom)

We have no words to express how deeply sorry we are. I'm still in shock to here this. Your mom was a wonderful friend to so many people & will be deeply missed. I will share a letter that I wrote to Aunt Nance a few months ago:

How can I put into words how much you mean to me? You are the most incredible woman I know.  You've had such a profound impact in my life with your kindness, love and generosity. You taught me some of the most important lessons in life and have a very special place in my heart. I can only hope that one day I am half the woman you are.  I feel incredibly lucky to have you & your family in my life. Thank you for your guidance and all the times when you've listened and understood. Thank you for
taking me into your life with a smile and complete acceptance. Thank you for loving me as if I were your own. You are my role model, my mentor, my hero and my second mom!  You're always positive, uplifting, courageous & coming to my rescue whenever I needed you... I love you! Xoxo.

Our love thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. We will be thinking of you and the rest of the family. Sending you lots of love: Pam, Bobby & baby Jada. Xoxo

Keryn and Ryan, words can't express how I felt about your mom, she was my best friend and will be for life. I truly treasure all the good times that we had with each other and with our kids, on our many trips to Grandma Bea's and vacations around Ontario and Buffalo. When I see a shinning star at night I will be thinking that it's Nancy looking over us from above. We have all truly lost a great friend.
