NELLIE McFAUL
(nee RUDY)
The family of Nellie McFaul (nee Rudy) is saddened to announce that Nellie, aged 89, lost her courageous battle with pancreatic cancer on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at the Runnymede Healthcare Centre in Toronto. Nellie was predeceased by her loving husband John; and their daughter Nancy; also her parents Anna and Panko Rudy (Canora, SK); and siblings Julia, Peter, John, Mary, Michael and Dan. She is remembered as a dear mother to Cameron; and special Nana to Cody, Skyler, David, Amanda, Roland, William, Wayne; and Great-Nana to Kyle. She is fondly remembered by her brothers Steve (Canora) Orest (Whitby); and sister-in-law Ann (Kingsville). Nellie will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and their children; also her wonderful friends Stella and Evelyn who made her last few years very enjoyable. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the Mount Pleasant Visitation Centre (375 Mount Pleasant Road, Toronto, east gate entrance), on September 13, 2014 with visitation starting at 12:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Research Society would be appreciated by the family.
