From the moment I met Ola, my life changed. Here was a woman who was performing African dance, creating African fashion, involved in theatre - she was immersed in the arts in a way that no one I had ever known previously, was. I honour her memory every time I pass her home or the places where I had been with her and of course, when I am with members of her family. She will be missed. My deepest condolences to the family and others who have been affected by her passing.
