ORLANDO SIVITILLI 82, of Ocean Ridge, Florida and formerly of Toronto, Canada, and Pietracamela, Italy, passed away on December 8, 2014. Mr. Sivitilli is survived by his wife of 53 years, Liliane Sivitilli, daughter Lisa Sivitilli (Ted Latchman) of Toronto and son Rob Sivitilli (Kjersti Sivitilli) of Ocean Ridge, Florida. He is also survived by several siblings, including sisters Giuseppina Filippi (Giovanni Filippi, deceased) and Teresa Gianvito (Gabriele Gianvito) of Toronto. Mr. Sivitilli was born in Pietracamela, Italy, on December 31, 1931. He immigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1953 and as an entrepreneur founded businesses in construction, development and real estate investment. For over 30 years operating his businesses, he was one of the most well-known and respected names in Toronto's construction industry. Friends may call on Friday, December 12, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the LORNE & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 745 N.E. 6th Ave., Delray Beach. Funeral Mass will be held at SAINT VINCENT FERRER CATHOLIC CHURCH, 840 George Bush Blvd., Delray Beach, on Saturday, December 13, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
