DERNICK, Patricia - Peacefully at the Union Villa Home Society on Thursday, October 30, 2008. Patricia was predeceased by her husband William E. Dernick. Loving mother of Jane Walker and Catherine Dernick. Dear grandmother of Jeremy, Jacob, Sarah, MacKenzie and Catie. The family will receive friends at the HUMPHREY FUNERAL HOME - A.W. MILES CHAPEL, 1403 Bayview Avenue (south of Eglinton Avenue East) from 11 a.m. on Monday, November 3 for a reception in the Leaside Room followed by the funeral service in the chapel at one o'clock. Interment Mount Pleasant Cemetery. If desired, donations may be made to the Oakdale Children's Services, 291 Chisholme Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M4C 4W5.
