MELNIK, Patricia Anne (nee Bacon) - Peacefully on Sunday, August 26, 2012 in her 56th year at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Toronto. Beloved wife of Daniel. Loving and proud mother of Matthew and Ryan. Dear daughter of Wm. Allan and the late Margaret Bacon. Much loved sister of Debbie and the late Henry Sliwinski. Friends may call at the MOUNT LAWN RECEPTION CENTRE, 21 Garrard Rd. (N. of Hwy. 2), Whitby, 905-443-3376, on Thursday, August 30, 2012 from 1-2 p.m. Memorial Service in the chapel at 2 p.m. At Patti's request, donations to Hearth Place Cancer Support Centre or The Salvation Army would be greatly appreciated.
