To Mrs. Cooney and family

I was so sorry to hear of Paul's passing. We were the same age and he was my first friend in Toronto after we moved here from Simcoe. My deepest condolences to you and your family during this time of sorrow

Sad to hear the news today that Paul has left this world. Although there were many years since we lost spoke, I have fond memories of our time as kids. There were many firsts with Paul; Leaf game, over night school trips and adventures in the then being built Denlow area. To the Cooney family, please accept my sincere condolences. To my friend from long ago - Vaya con Dios.

Always cheerful and generous to others. Will miss your unique sense of humor. One day we will get to have that bowl of snappy turtle soup. Love always,
Chip and the gang.

To Paul's family, thinking of you during this sad time. It's been many years since I lost contact with Paul, but still think of him occasionally (at the oddest moments), and of all the great and completely crazy times we had in the 70s in our teens. I've just posted some photos taken on a camping trip up to Killarney on northern Georgian Bay from that time -- first time away on our own, just the guys, an awesome convertible Mustang (Paul's baby), and no parents around... strong memories for sure! Goodbye Paul, we'll remember and miss you.

May you rest in peace Paul. The most prominent memory I will have of you is the great love and respect you had for your Mother.
