Paul GIFFEN Obituary
GIFFEN, Paul Michael Former owner of Giffen-Jennett Funeral Home, Past Member of Barrie Shriners and Corinthian Lodge - Barrie Paul passed away peacefully at Amica-Barrie on Monday, September 4, 2017 at the age of 75. Loved son of the late Peter and Doris Giffen of Toronto. Dear brother of June (Ron) Mathieu of Webster, NY and David (Marsha) Giffen of Toronto. Dear uncle to Matthew Snow, Heather (Vince) Telfer and Rachel and Daniel Giffen. Great-uncle to Connor, Brennan, Alaura and Fiona. Many thanks to his wonderful caregiver Lorraine Legge of Senior Homecare by Angels for her exceptional service to Paul this past year. Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the JENNETT FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie on Monday, September 11, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. until the time of memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Reception to follow. Dear Paul may you find peace & another boat to drive in happiness. You always make me smile as you sat on your boat as Tim towed you down the road to put you into the water and start your spring off right with a splash and I will miss your story as we placed & remove your dock from HELL yearly (Tim & Collin)& it was nice for my family to get to know you and to meet them.So this end a pleasant event Paul & so long.
