I have read the recent messages about Dr Paul Jaconello and I also can say the exact same thing. He is the best doctor I have ever had before or since. If only all the doctors in the world could be like him, the world would be a healthier and happier place.
I send my condolences to his family. His passing is a big loss for all of us.

Dr. Jaconello delivered two of my sons, 46 and 43 yrs. ago. I have never forgotten his support, and wonderful innovative ideas, which I now pass on to my own children as they parent. He was very special and a pioneer in his field. Very sorry to read about his passing.

I was a patient of Dr. Jaconello in the 1980s. Never before or since have I met such a good doctor.
Dr. Jaconello cared about true health, he would take hair samples to see what the body was deficient of and made sure that my nutrition was correct.
He cared about my mental health also.
It is sad news to find out that he has passed away and I am sorry to only find out today, so late, as I am living in England now.
I send my condolences to his family and to all of his colleagues and patients.
It is rare, very rare to meet anyone this good with such a pioneering spirit and investigative intelligence.
Thank you Dr Jaconello for the care that you gave me and I only wish I had been able to say this to you while you were alive.

I just read the last two beautiful tributes to a wonderful doctor and I am writing this with tears in my eyes. I think of Dr Jacanello so often and how he was my wonderful doctor and family friend for forty years. I am now 80 and am only here due to the wonderful care and intuitive medicine I received.

He was my doctor in the 80s. I was struggling with a condition and my doctor at the time, did not seem to care that I was not getting better. Dr. Jaconello was referred to me by someone and he listened I am here today strong and healthy and I owe it to him. I moved away from the city for a while now but the strange thing is today is my Birthday, December 19, 2018. Last night I dreamt about Dr. Jaconello and I decided to look him up and found he had passed last year and I was unaware. It was with deep regret and sadness that I read that today. He was a special human being who cared for others. He took time to know people and he concentrated on all aspects of a person. You will be missed. Thank you for your magic and care.

My heartfelt sympathies go out to the Jaconello family. I was totally shocked and saddened when I found out recently that Dr Jaconello had passed away in June 2017. I was on a yearly scheduled visit and my health was good. I called on February 28,2018 to reschedule my appointment as I had to go out of town, and was told of his passing. I had been a patient of Dr Jaconello for over 20 years. He was always caring, compassionate and very attentive. He always took the time to discuss my health based on my lab results, and how I should move forward with his recommendations. He was very knowledgeable in his field. He would discuss different vitamins and I would tell him about my research on some health products. Sometimes he would joke with me saying that I know so much I could teach him a few things. He was so modest and kind and a wonderful human being, and a great doctor. He has helped me improve my health and quality of life. I am 70 years now and will always be grateful to him for his medical care and guidance. You will be greatly missed Dr. Jaconello. Rest in peace knowing that you did a great job with your patients. I am proof of that. Thank you.

Dr. Jaconello was a remarkable physician. I first saw him June 4,1996. It was a very low point in my life and he turned it around when no one else could. My last appointment was this January so I was shocked to learn two days ago that he was gone. He was brilliant, compassionate and patient. Appointments were never rushed because he was so thorough. He will be greatly missed.

Paul was reading Jeff Bland's book, "The Disease Delusion" before he died. Jeff Bland, nutritional biochemist, was the inspiration behind Paul's work. I recommend that all patients who revered Paul's Medical Detective work buy and read that book.

Wow !What a shock. I was in Toronto and picked up a copy of VITALITY Magazine, flipping through it I saw a nice picture of Paul(while my mind was on other things),saying to myself Well that is a better picture of Paul, then saw the dates below and absentmindedly thought..oh he's retiring...read further, and wow, it hit me..Paul is gone.I am still in shock. All the good people are leaving the earth. I have seen Paul since 1982 and referred many patients to him because he was a Medical Dectective. He always found out the cause of your illness,was kind,gentle,amazingly thorough,the best communicator(he would always send you your results,explain them and tell you what to take for natural products(vitamins/minerals,etc). I was just going to book an IV therapy for VitaminC and glutathione. I noticed he was looking thinner.He worked so hard for all of us,dedicated to his work,his patients, and getting us well with natural products,giving us information to read(Knowledge in action is health).He helped me so much after a bad car accident and chronic pain from it. I would always ask him about his kids and Katherine and whether she still danced and cooked.I told him to get her to make more snacks for him as he was munching on peppermints all the time that he had in a brown bag on his desk(I was kind of upset her didn't offer me one!!! He took so long with the last appointment, being so thorough.I guess now, he wanted to leave everyone's file so perfectly charted. He was the best Doctor I have encountered.Patient, attentive listening to your medical needs, funny, friendly,kind and gentle. We have lost a hero in medicine. Now what will I do,being newly diagnosed with breast cancer. Paul you are gone but I still need you,as we all do.Thank you Paul, and thank you Katherine (the supporter behind the scenes.0. He always raved about you children. See you up in Heaven.

We had some adventures with test results, Alma. One Christmas Eve, Paul went to a pharmacy and a grocery store with his test results in a grocery bag. He came home about 4 pm and discovered he had left that grocery bag somewhere. We jumped in the car and retraced his steps downtown. About one minute to 5 pm (closing time), he found that bag being held behind the cash at the pharmacy. Every Christmas Eve after that, I warned him not to bring home any test results this Christmas Eve.

Paul's patients should know that every Saturday night, he brought home their test results. Every Sunday morning, he spent 3 hours pouring over their tests and writing them letters. This he did every single Sunday of his life with an occasional miss during a rare holiday.

We have just learned of the passing of Dr. Jaconello. Our condolences to his wife and children. We have been patients of Dr. Jaconello for over thirty years and were always grateful for the care and attention he had for our health and well being. I had the great opportunity to shadow/preceptor with Dr. Jaconello during my medical education. He was always a kind, caring, and empathetic doctor, that truly cared for his patients. All the patients that we say, always told me how much they loved that Dr. Jaconello was their doctor and how much he had helped them in their journey to reaching their optimal health. He was always enjoyable to be around.

Our thoughts and prayers often go your way since we heard of Dr. Pauls passing on. I am sorry we could not make it to the memorial on Monday. I would have loved to be there. I was shocked and saddened on hearing of Dr. Jaconello's passing. I was his patient for over 25 years.He help me when other Dr's gave up and gave me my health back. What a big loss!
