I loved Paul. He always made my family feel like we were the most special guests in the house.

Truly enjoyed The Bo Peep in the 70´s and 80´s, on Kingston Road . Remember Paul´s big smile and warm welcome whenever we treated ourselves to the delicious home made food and hospitality at that scarborough bluffs land mark . The family was lovely and we enjoyed sunday afternoon breakfasts followed by strawberry shortcake and tea . Found this obit while travelling down memory lane and googling The Bo Peep . RIP Paul.

I just found out about Paul's passing tonight. When my mother had Alzeimer's I stuggled to find a place that would treat her with respect and caring. I stumbled on to the the Bluestone Bistro. There I met Paul, as well as Michael and Melanie. That became our safe haven until my mothers passing. In addition we had Clifford who was a server at the restaurant. Again like the Manos family...absolutely golden. Thanks to all of you. Paul was one in a million and I will never forget his kindness.

55 years ago we were teens in St Theresa's Parish and would gather at the Bo Peep on weekends for a Burger Special or chips and gravy. The Manos brothers created the best restaurant around and became a Scarborough tradition. Bless you Mr. Manos and as they say "thanks for the memories"

Glad I saw this and have a chance to say goodbye to a true gentleman and the most complete host one could ever expect to greet you at a fun restaurant like Bluestone Bistro in Unionville.
Thank you for the jokes and sage advice every time we chatted, Paul.
Take care of the Pearly Gates until we all get there..

I remember how special Sundays were for my sister and I in the 70's because Sunday was the day our parents (Dave and Sophie) took us out for dinner to the Bo Peep Restaurant. And Mr. Manos was always there to greet us. I still vividly recall his kindness, wonderful smile and the laughter he and my parents shared each time we were there ❤ It was a very special time and luckily our Sunday dinners lasted for several years. I was very saddened to read this notice. To Mrs. Manos, Michael, Melanie and family, I extend my deepest sympathy

Paul Manos had the biggest laugh and biggest heart of all the people I come to know. We are going to miss him.
