Perry Quan Obituary

QUAN, Perry H. - 69, died peacefully at home after a courageous battle with cancer on April 3, 2010. He will be greatly missed by his wife Hazel, son Preston, daughters Charlene and May Lynn, granddaughters Maya and Ella and his son-in-law Rob. The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to everyone at Sunnybrook Odette Cancer Centre and in particular to Dr. Sunil Verma, Dr. Patrick Cheung and Dr. Hyon Kim for their care and compassion. A special thank you to Dr. Jeff Myers and CCAC Scarborough, who made it possible for him to remain at home with his family during his final days. There will be a visitation today, Tuesday, April 6th from 4-8 p.m. at YORK CEMETERY & VISITATION CENTRE, 160 Beecroft Rd., North York (north of Sheppard Ave., west of Yonge St., 416-221-3404) with a service to follow on Wednesday, April 7th at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Canada or Palliative Care Consult Team through the Sunnybrook Foundation would be appreciated.
