D'ALESSANDRO, Peter - It is with great sorrow that the family announces the passing of Peter Angelo on Sunday, September 21, 2008 in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Carmela for 56 years. Loving father of Tony (Carol), Don, Michael (Barbara) and Angela and cherished grandfather of 7. Peter will be greatly missed by his brothers Martin and James, and sister Marie. Predeceased by his brother Anthony (2007). Peter will also be missed by his nieces, nephews and many friends. Family and friends may visit at the Ward Funeral Home, 52 Main St. S., Brampton, 905-451-2124 on Tuesday, September 23 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. with interment to follow at Meadowvale Cemetery (7732 Mavis Rd.) In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.

I feel that I have lost a best friend. Peter was more than a Cousin to me. He was in fact my Best Friend. He will be sadly missed by Myself, Phyllis and the Girls.
The World will be an emptier place now.
