PETER MARKS Obituary

PETER MARKS It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Peter on December 13, 2016 at the age of 83 at the Scarborough General Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Dear husband to late Elsie of age 81. Loving and cherished father to Wendy (Russ), Gwen (Tom) and Doug (Melissa). He was a proud grandfather of Amanda, Daniel, Shayne, Aaron, Samantha and Heather and great-grandfather of Lily and Nyah and uncle to many nieces and nephews. He will also be remembered by all his extended family and friends. The family would like to thank all the doctors and nurses at the Scarborough General Hospital for all their care and compassion. The family will receive friends at the McEachnie Funeral Home (28 Old Kingston Road, Ajax, 905-428-8488) on Friday, December 23, 2016 from 1-3 p.m. with funeral service and reception to follow. My Grandpa was one of the funniest people I know.. when ever family and friends got together, there was always many funny jokes, most dirty, some offended people , but those are the best. With no filter, you could guarantee a good laugh... My grandparents were definitely the glue that brought all our family together..he definitely missed my grandma who passed away at the beginning of the year.. he couldn't wait 2 hopefully be with her again in some way, so about 10 months later, he did just that.. they lived a great life together, they traveled, they danced, he was a DJ and the host of many parties which many people looked forward to.. they sure don't make em like my grandparents anymore.. miss you grandma&Grandpa!! xoxo
