MILLIGAN, PETER JOSEPH September 4, 1935 – September 2, 2021 It is with sadness and love that we announce the passing of Peter Joseph Milligan. Peter was raised in the Dovercourt and Bloor Street area. He was a St. Michael's boy and proud of it. During his adult years, Peter was a very successful builder developer, a very warm, caring and generous man. Peter is survived by his wife, Patricia, four daughters, Joanne Carson of Sudbury, Karen (Angelo) Monopoli, Denise Ashbourne, and Lisa (Derek) Masterson, 3 step- children, Leanne (Dan) Theriault, Kathy Hooper, and Kevin Cryderman, brother, Tomas Milligan (Loraine), and sister, Joan Rankin, with an abundance of love from his grandchildren. A private family celebration. Loved, never to be forgotten.
