PAPACONSTANTINOU (PAPAS), PETER With family by his side, Peter passed away peacefully on Friday, March 4, 2022 at the age of 91. Beloved husband of the late Patricia; loving father of George (Bonnie) and Kathy (Jim); cherished Dedo of Lindsay (Justin), Andrea and Johnathan; loved by his great-grandchildren Nathan and Dylan. He will also be dearly remembered by his siblings John, Pandora, Magda, Pando and their families. Special thanks to all the staff at Chartwell Long Term Care for the wonderful care they provided. Visitation will be held at York Funeral Centre, 160 Beecroft Road, Toronto, M2N 5Z5 on Monday, March 7th from 4-8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 8th at 10 a.m. in the York Funeral Centre Chapel with burial to follow. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Please visit www.etouch.ca for online condolences and donations.
