My sincere condolances to the family of Peter Phelan. Peter was a great mentor to me, during my first years as a cooperative education teacher. He shared resources and his time to provide clarity and encouragement to me during that time. Peter was recognized as a valuable leader to many teachers involved with both cooperative education and adult education. He always willingly shared his expertise and provided many of us with valuable resources that benefited many learners in Ontario. He inspired all of us with his passion and his dedication to education. May he rest in peace. Marie Gabriel, Past President, OCEA
