Father P. Wally Platt, CSB is forever in my heart and daily prayers. I was blessed to work with him, VP Academic Affairs Office at the University of St Thomas that shared secretaries with Fr William J. Young, CSB, President. I was Fr William Young, CSB, Secretary. I shared an office with Nancy Vesey, Fr Platt´s Secretary (Administrative Assistant) for Fr´s Platt, and Nancy continued with Richard Scheifen, CSB; J. Michael Miller, CSB. It was an honor and joy working with Fr Platt & Fr Young, Nancy Vesey. Fr Platt was a very delightful, kind, funny boss and along with Fr Young our years of office work in the environment created by both of these gentlemen priests was in my heart and soul "Holy Ground". Fr Platt would start work day with shared prayer. He would also come into secretaries office with a jump rope for a little exercise & stress reliever. When I remember Fr Platt, Fr Young, I think of the Bible verse: "Be imitators of Christ"
