What a fitting and tasteful tribute to a wonderful mother, wife and friend who, although she isn't physically here, is close by and appreciative of the wonderful send off your family gave her. Condolences to David, Jennifer, and Jonathan.

Phyllis and I were friends since 1953. We always kept in touch and celebrated our birthdays together - not always on the birthdate. I will miss her, greatly.

We are so sorry that Phyllis has passed on. I met Phyllis and David when they built their home in The country out of Hastings.
We were neighbours and soon enjoyed our visits on the road as I walked with my dog (.Clelsey) and Phyllis loved her. She loved it she our daughter was married and we put a big ribbon on Chelsey for the wedding!! She loved to laugh and was a very warm person.
I remember fondly sitting on our verandah with. Harold Percy and Phyllis and lushly enjoying a summer day having treats together and chatting! It was a beautiful day as they both are gone now and I have beautiful memories of both! Rest in Peace Phyllis and may David, Jennifer and Jonathan. Hold the special memories close to your hearts.

A McMaster friend and Alumnus; a teaching colleague, a heart-felt friend. It seems so long ago that toddler Jennifer would want to sit beside me at the dinner table and show me her latest artistic projects.
Phyllis found me after I returned to Canada and we resumed our eclectic conversations. She kept me in the family loop re doings and happenings.
Dear David, Jennifer and Jonathon, thank for sharing your wife and mother with us.
Big hugs.

Phyllis came to the L'Amoreaux staff when I was the Head Librarian on the teaching staff. My outstanding memory of Phyllis is of the day she left her first-born child in child care - for the first time. She had a terribly emotional day, and came into the library workroom to tell us how hard it had been to leave her child. She wept with guilt, and anxiety over the separation. Mrs McCauley (library secretary) and I let Phyllis cry her heart out and supplied her with coffee and tissues. Finally the storm of emotion subsided and she was able to go take charge of her next class. She was a dedicated teacher and mom. RIP, Phyllis. Sincere condolences to your family, because you have left them much too soon.

I taught with Phyllis at Sir Oliver Mowat Collegiate in the early seventies. She was a great friend and respected colleague, always supportive and generous. We reconnected a few years ago at Westben Festival Theatre in Campbellford where she and David attended many summer concerts. It was wonderful to see her again, still with her upbeat attitude and engaging smile. Anyone who knew her was enriched.
My deepest condolences to David, Jennifer, Jonathan and their families.

She's Only Gone Ahead!
-------------------------
She's Only Gone on Ahead
She's only gone on ahead of US,
Not just left US behind.
Although we can't be with her right now,
She lives on in our hearts and minds.
The day will come when we'll all meet again
On Heaven's distant shore,
And all of US will walk hand in hand
Together forever more.

I met Phyliss eight years ago as a teacher. I loved spending time with her over a cup of coffee. Phyllis was a genuine and warm-hearted person. I feel so terrible about this loss. My condolences to her family who she loved very much and talked about all the time.

I meet Phyllis when I was running the Box Office at the Scarborough Village Theatre. She was waiting for a friend so she could surprise that friend with some shortbread cookies. She decided to chat with me and we gabbed away like good friends even though we were over 30 years apart in age. I always enjoyed her calls to chat and her stories of her trip to "The Farm." She spoke very highly of her children and was so loving to her husband, David. I will miss her gentle spirit and warm friendship.

Phyllis and I were friends in early childhood, since her parents Pat and John were long-time friends of my parents, Ian and Gladys Hamer. We shared many childhood experiences - skating lessons, sleepovers, and the like, and though our paths diverged in high school and later, I remember her very well. I was very sorry to learn of her passing, and would like to extend my sympathy to all whose lives were touched over many years and in many ways by her presence. Thinking of you all,

I had the pleasure of working with Phyllis when she came to Winston Churchill to supply in the library. She was such a lovely lady, always with a smile on her lips and a good word for everyone. I am saddened to read of her passing.
May you all find the strength that you need to get through this most difficult time.

Dear Family of Phyllis Agg
It was with regret that I read of Phyllis' death in today's paper. Phyllis was a student in one of the first classes of my husband's (Keith Adair) at Parkside Public School in Ajax. Following Keith's death (1987) Phyllis wrote me a lovely note, with many special memories of her grade 5 year with Keith.
Sadly we too often wait to let people know of how their times touched our lives. I so appreciated her kind words.
My sympathy to the family.....Cherish the memories of the times you shared with Phyllis.
