MELLOR, PHYLLIS JEAN Peacefully at Ajax-Pickering Hospital on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in her 95th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold for 70 years. Loving Mom to Lynn (Grant), Richard (late Donna) and Stephen (Lise). Cherished Grandma to Krista (Darryl), Karen (Rob), Jill (Ross), Alison (Rob), Ryan (Katie), Elisabeth (David), Geoffrey and Robynne (Oliver). Precious great-grandma to Grace, Clark, Kiley, Avery, Rhett, Emily, Brady, Victor, Emma, Brooklyn, Willa, Madison, Abby and Amelia. Sadly missed by her family and friends at Chartwell. Phyllis's greatest joy in her life was her family, proudly watching them grow. She loved to dress to the nines and was ready for any celebration or gathering. She was full of life and joy, she was loved by everyone who met her. Visitation will be held at the McEACHNIE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Old Kingston Rd., Ajax (905-428-8488), on Monday, June 18th from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. with a Celebration of Phyllis's Life to follow in the Chapel of the Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. Phyllis will be laid to rest privately with her husband Harold in MT. PLEASANT CEMETERY at a later date. If desired, memorial donations may be made in lieu of flowers, to The War Amps of Canada or Diabetes Canada.
